Therefore, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, SMMPlus does not guarantee:

  • Permanent likes

  • Permanent views

  • Specific engagement levels

  • Increased sales

  • Increased revenue

  • Increased reach

  • Account growth

  • Specific business results

6. Social Media Platform Rules

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of SMMPlus services is consistent with the applicable rules, policies and terms of the social media platform concerned.

Customers should not use SMMPlus for unlawful activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse or activities prohibited by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use SMMPlus to facilitate or promote:

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraud or scams

  • Identity theft

  • Phishing

  • Malware or harmful activity

  • Harassment or threats

  • Content prohibited by applicable law

  • Activities intended to deceive or unlawfully manipulate others

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

8. Payments

Payments may be accepted through payment methods made available on the website, including third-party payment gateways such as Paytm,PayU, Razorpay or other payment providers.

Payment authorization and processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

SMMPlus does not intentionally store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

9. Wallet / Account Balance

If SMMPlus provides an account balance or wallet functionality, funds added to the account may be used for eligible SMMPlus services according to the applicable terms.

The availability and conditions of wallet refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders and payments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before making a payment or placing an order.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the applicable payment mechanism and subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should first contact SMMPlus regarding transaction or service issues so that the matter can be reviewed.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may be investigated.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The SMMPlus website, branding, logos, design, text, software and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

SMMPlus may use third-party services, APIs, payment providers, hosting providers and social media platforms.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

SMMPlus does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

14. Website Availability

We aim to maintain continuous availability of SMMPlus, but temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Hosting issues

  • Internet/network problems

  • Third-party platform outages

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Punjab,INDIA subject to applicable law.
